Return & Exchange Policy

Please advise that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. You have 14 days from the day your package arrives to return/exchange your item pending approval. Returns can only be issued for store credit. All returns/exchanges are subject to approval by Midmay Boutique. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging including tags and in pristine condition. Any articles returned with signs of stains, wear, washing, makeup, etc. will be denied. Clients are responsible for any shipping cost related to an exchange or return. All sale, discounted, bodysuits & intimates are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES! We highly encourage you to double check your address before placing your order to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
